Some Kind of Fairytale

I recently joined an Etsy Team called April's Army. As a group we try to support each other by doing things like visiting our fellow artist stores, FaceBook accounts and by making Treasuries. Treasuries are a collection of like minded things that are showcased and hopefully it will get "hot" enough to make it to the front page of Etsy. So here is the newest Treasury that I have been featured in with my Sparkly Crystal Drop Necklace. Thank you Creeplings!

Put a Little Ohh La La in Your Life

Two of my favorite things. Garnets and Fleur de Lis make a pretty combination and a subtle statement in these French inspired earrings.

I can't believe it. I was included in another treasury with my "Key to My Heart Kilt Pin Brooch". Thanks so much Gnorasaurus!

I Was Featured in Two Etsy Treasuries!

My Vintage Skeleton Key Necklace has been featured in two Etsy treasuries. Thanks so much to ChrissisCloset and to Kytten.

Sterling Silver Plated Choker With Cobalt Blue Crystal and Vintage Pearls

This choker is simple, but makes a bold statement with its large cobalt blue (my favorite color) Chinese crystal.

The two vintage pearls come from an old bracelet that I recycled for this piece.

I think you could wear this with just about anything, whether it is casual or dressy.

My Studio

I thought my first post for my new blog should be about my workspace. The picture above is where I make my jewelry. It is located in my living room in a little nook next to the fireplace and in front of a large west-facing sliding glass door. I love creating jewelry while enjoying a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountain range.

Although it is a small space, I seem to have plenty of room for everything I need. I only need to worry about my love of shopping for things to make jewelry with, and the space I am sure it will eventually take to store everything.
